The HD668B IMO is for musicality while the HD681 lean towards “live”ness. no letter = moderately V-shaped. In reality, this isn’t that true, since all Superluxes have a huge spike around 9khz. The HD668b is the least bright, second is the HD662. The HD669 is so bright you could use it to find your way in the dark.
